missed me?

I’ve kind of missed you. I don’t think the ANC Podcast will come back as the same thing, but it will come back. It takes a ton of time to produce a 20 minute show. I’ve got several new projects these days, not least of which is my own band, Robot Junky. So, I’m thinking about a new format. When I find great songs, I’ll throw them into the feed, so you can still get great music from local Alaskan bands and musicians. I may do an interview or video here and there as well.

But what I think this site will become, over the next month or so, is a local music blog. A place to find out who’s playing in what town, and when. What your favorite bands are up to, are they recording? Touring? Sitting on their couch eating Cheetos™? We’ll keep you UTD (up to date, for you non-abbreviated types).

So, send us your tips, your info, your whatever. Email me at theancpodcast@gmail.com. Comment on a post. Send me your music, if you’re a band, and we’ll get your song out to a bunch of people who still listen to the audio feed.

We’ll keep this thing going, no worries. Thanks for your continued support and patience, and I’m looking forward to re-vamping and making this a valuable place o be again.
